the perfect flare
It needs to have the following characteristics:
- A little bit high on the waist
- The perfect amount of flare at the end
- Long enough to cover the high-heel shoe but short enough to wear it with flats.
- Can’t touch the ground completely, otherwise it will rip apart (Remember when that was cool?, NOT ANYMORE)

- Perfecta cantidad de basta ancha
- El largo suficiente para cubrir un zapato alto pero lo suficientemente corto para usarlo con flats
- No puede tocar el piso completamente porque se destruye todo (Se acuerdan cuando era cool eso? Pues ya no)
